I'm currently living in Hong Kong with my partner so we ship most of our products out of a local warehouse here. I do plan on moving back to the US soon and will have a warehouse somewhere in the PNW or on the west coast!

We ship worldwide so it depends on location.
To the US & Canada, deliveries take anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks (we use the fastest international shipping option we have available).
For orders to the UK, Australia, or anywhere not in North America, it's typically faster and only takes about a week.

Nope! We work with shipping partners domestically and internationally and cover the costs ourselves. So you won't ever be hit with a hidden bill once your package is at your local courier.

We can definitely change anything you need on your order, whether it's a shipping address or a different item/color/size.
But please reach out to me ASAP because once the item is shipped, we can't make any changes besides on very rare occasions.

If you're not happy with your order, reach out to me and I'll make it right!
We do have a 30-day return policy (for full refunds), but we offer a lifetime warranty and lifetime exchanges.

For the most part, we don't have any control of how the package is handled once it's in transit, but I do believe in vendors being 100% responsible in getting the product to customers as advertised.
Although it won't be our fault for the damage, we'll still cover it for you. We can either have a new one sent out, or we'll let you return it for a full refund.

Just reach out to us! My partner and I both handle all of our customer support tickets, so you can contact us via our contact form, through social media DMs, or even just by responding to the emails we send you.

Although our brand leans that way, that doesn't mean we ONLY sell to women, or that you HAVE to be pagan.
We believe in diversity and inclusivity. Whether you're a man, non-binary, believe in any other religion, it doesn't matter to us.
We welcome you with open arms.

We handle all the order processing, customer support emails, product photos, etc.

My partner and I have worked hard to vet every single manufacturer and supplier to ensure we get the most ethically-made items.
Of course, living in a capitalist society (as all major 1st world countries are), there's a limit to how "ethically" you can get.
But we try our best to leave the smallest carbon footprint and to stay FAR, FAR away from sweatshops that exploit their workers.
