- Orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days (may take longer during major holidays and for high demand items).
- Every order comes with a tracking number (via email).

Return / Replacement Info:
- Every purchase comes with a 30-day return policy.
- If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just send it back and we'll issue you a full refund (we'll also send you a pre-paid shipping label).
- You also get free lifetime replacements and warranty for any products you purchase from us (if the item is no longer available, you can get an item of equal or lesser value instead as a replacement).
- There are no restocking or return shipping fees.
- The item does NOT have to be in perfect condition — it can be new, used, broken, etc. — it doesn't matter to us.
- To start the return or replacement process, simply fill out the form on our contact page and let us know if you'd like a refund or a replacement (please provide your order number).
